Description Monitor Develop, monitor, analyze and review maintenance strategy and planned maintenance routines (PMR). Ensure that all maintenance activities are effectively planned, routines are revised and delivered on time, at the highest possible quality and optimal cost in compliance with applicable PMI standards and procedures. Carry out regular reviews on the effectiveness of all maintenance activities/equipment in order to ensure that appropriate corrective actions are identified and implemented to prevent the incidence of unnecessary breakdowns and/or equipment under performance. Ensure and update the asset register for equipment. Integrate new equipment, pursue necessary risk assessments, attendance related documentation for fully comply with legislation and internal procedures and ensure all machine documentation are updated and available. Under request of supervisor analyze design proposals of new equipment installation and take the appropriate decisions with regard to future interventions (planned maintenance, modifications) in order to minimize potential breakdowns and increase efficiency of machines/ equipment in this way. Make (when requested) accurate load, strength and feasibility calculations which are necessary to carry out all designed objects according to statistical, dynamical, mathematical or other rules and technical requirements in order to choose the appropriate technological / technical solution for manufacturing the spare parts/units/objects.
Qualifications University degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering or any equivalent degree. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position. Proficient in English language MS Office Experience in usage of AutoCAD. Life-cycle asset management skills, budget and planning knowledge
