Description     - The CEO Office Manager will act as the CEOs first point of contact with people from both inside and outside the organization. -Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests to CEO, and handling them appropriately. -Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments. -Dealing with CEO incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of their manager. -Be present and report all CEO meetings. -Carrying out background research and presenting findings; when needed. -Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; Organizing and attending meetings and ensuring CEO is well-prepared for meetings.
Qualifications    - From 3-5 years’ experience in the field of office management. - Excellent oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English. - Ability to write and compile business correspondence. - Planning & Organizing. - Internet and PC proficiency with good MS Word skills and preferably MS Excel. - Proven administrative assistant experience.
