Description —Conduct monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statement —Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts —Review accounts payable, including invoices, contracts vouchers for accuracy —Coordinate budget process with management staff —Implement any other accounting required finance functions —Replace Accountants in absence cases —Keep books of account up to date and in good order —Maintain fixed asset and depreciation administration, along with Accountants —In charge of treasury —Monitor Petty Cash disbursements & re-reimbursement —Prepare & post Monthly Standing Journals —Participate in special accounting / administrative projects as required —Regular review & maintenance of Employee Current Accounts /loan repayment administration
Qualifications •Bachelor degree in Accounting •Very good user of Excel •One to two years of experience
