Description —Ensure timely posting of journal entries —Perform daily accounting activities —Perform periodic accounting books closing —Support the Accounts Receivables & Payable team —Petty Cash payments processing / reconciliations —Perform bank and cash reconciliation —Prepare periodic reports —Assist the head of department in ad hoc reports and requests —Prepare periodic reconciliation of inter-company accounts —Perform periodic reconciliation of debtors and creditors —Maintain fixed asset register —Assist with preparing the external and internal audit requirements —Reconcile monthly reports to the company accounts —Reconcile annual budgets to the company accounts —Coordinate the Accounting team activities and schedules —Maintain finance and accounting files and archives —Assist in preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on timely basis. —Ensure that books and reports are kept / prepared in accordance with Egyptian legal requirements and in accordance with Group policies —Prepare monthly cash flow forecast before final review of Financial Manager —Responsible for Account coding of Suppliers Invoices and Expense Claims —Prepare /supervise suppliers payments along with Junior Accountant —Issue bank guarantees and upkeep of guarantees register —Supervise and mentor subordinates. —Assist Finance Manager in preparation of monthly , quarterly ,and annual financial statements —Assist Finance Manager in preparation of annual profit plan —Liaise with external tax consultants on Payroll tax returns & payments —Review social insurance monthly payments and reconciliation
Qualifications •Bachelors degree in Accounting •Three to five years of •Very good user of Excel •Very good command of English language written & spoken
