Description     —Design and Coordinate the Installation of Integrated Security Systems —Translate a wide variety of customer needs/requirements into detailed proposals and project plans to meet customer requirements —Interact with Program leadership, project teams and stakeholders to drive project objectives —Provide excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively handle project communication across the project team, stakeholders, and the company —Provide ongoing support and maintenance of legacy security systems as well as new platforms —Work closely with partners and vendors to insure project deliverables are according to project goals through good communications —Work with vendors to procure improved or replacement equipment —Interact as needed with service providers and vendors, 3rd parties, etc. —Market the capabilities of security systems —Create and maintain support documentation for security systems —Manages activities for assigned programs/projects including: o Activity sequencing and planning o Resource planning and management o Project scheduling o Deliveries meet time and quality goals o Financial/budget management o Quality control o Risk/issue management — Scope/project change management —Manage project intersections and dependencies with stakeholder groups across different departments within the company (e.g. Sales, Infrastructure, Architecture, Procurement, Installations, Service and Support, HR, Compliance, etc.) — Assist with project close, create and/or ensure operational support documentation and transition to operations is successful —Maintain contact with customer to ensure customer satisfaction on all assigned projects, before, during and after the project life cycle. —Execute all works in accordance with government and local regulations, general best practices as well as company health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications    •5 or more years of experience in Project Management with at least 3 years specifically Managing Physical Security Projects •PMP Certified and/or Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification •Experience working with medium to large and complex projects from start up to completion •Excellent Knowledge of Access Control, IP CCTV, Biometric and Total Security Management Systems and Physical Security Barriers Systems •Proficient in Microsoft Office: Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Power Point, Good Knowledge of AutoCAD
