Description Execute the company policies in shops. Manages and control staff. Solves and handles clients, Staff problems. Participates in putting sales targets. Keeps visual and floor display to standards. Assists and helps in recruitment process whether in interviews or headhunting. Provides Customer service, product knowledge and operational skills trainings. Conducts weekly reports for Staff, Sales and clients to be delivered to the commercial department. Keeps the store general atmosphere (Cleaning, Smell and uniform) to standards. Plans and drives the store sales plans to achieve the company goals. Manages and ensures availability of the products inventory and ordering of merchandise from different warehouses and points of sale. Manages inventory and regular reports of stock needs. Forecasts yearly sales targets based on market forecasting and sales trends.
Qualifications Experience at least 5-6 years in fashion retail only.
