Description 1.Responding to technical inquiries forwarded by sales team 2.Preparation of technical submittals for project including; Studying tender documents, specifications, and drawings - Proposal of complying BituNil products - Preparing System specification, Method Statement, and CAD drawings and details 3.Preparation of technical datasheets, as per delivered lab results, and keeping latest versions of updates 4.Control & printing of in-house datasheets as per Export sales needs 5.Maintaining and updating companys standard systems designs, and detailed drawings. 6.Participating in technical proposals for new products, catalogs, and datasheets content. 7.Communication with lab to facilitate sales special requirements such as: - Technical properties for special products, - Lab results expression using different standards -MSDS Products Material Safety Datasheets -DOPs Products Declaration of performance 8.Issuing Warranty certificates for exports sales according to company policy 9.Supervision of technical aspects of marketing tools, such as proper systems assembly for machetes. And proposal of new tools. 10.Research technical topics and products related to roofing & waterproofing industry, and assist in material assembly for newsletters preparation. 11.Preparation of technical presentations as needed for consultant meetings, or seminars. 12.Record keeping and updates on export projects status at different regions.
Qualifications Min 3-5 years of experience in Technical Office. Graduating from a reputable university with a min grade of Good. Excellent Autocad user
