Essential Job Functions:
• Customize Zoho fields/modules, records by client specification
• Using language HTML/CSS/JavaScript/HTML5/CSS3/Python design. •Configured and integrated all zoho third party services (Zoho people, Zoho CRM, Zoho support, Zoho Books & Zoho live-Desk)
• Add users with appropriate permissions management
• Work with Zoho tech support for more challenging issues. •Building workflow for clients needs.

• Must have a good attitude and pleasant demeanor
• Must have good communications skills
• Familiar with email management for effective communications
• Familiar with project management
• Familiarity with various web programming languages, including PHP, HTML and XML is desirable but not a requirement
• Familiarity with other Zoho products, integrations and API’s is desirable but not a requirement
