Description Participate in strategic and operational processes of ACT. — Develop and maintain an appropriate IT organizational Structure that supports the needs of the business. — Define and communicate corporate plans, polices and standards of the organization for acquiring, implementing and operating IT systems. — Establish IT Departmental goals, objectives, strategy and a detailed operating procedures for them . — Supervise recruitment, development and organization of all IT staff in accordance with corporate budgetary objectives and personnel polices. — Promote and plan strategic relationships between internal IT resources and external entities. — Ensure Continuous delivery of IT Services though oversight of service level agreements with end users and monitoring of IT Systems performance. — Review hardware and software acquisition and maintain contracts and pursue master agreement to capitalize . — Develop, track and control the IT annual operating and capital budgets. — Other responsibilities as determined by supervisor.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Technical area • Master Degree in Business Administration with technology as core competent is preferred. • Relevant data technology experience in key competitor offerings in technology area of emphasis required. Experience (10-20 years) • Should have a stable work history.
