Description 1. Generating new customers and opportunities, and following up on sales leads and opportunities 2. Prepare an annual sales and marketing plan and budget, and continuously monitor and report on its achievements on a weekly, monthly and annual basis. 3. Understanding the key issues & problems at the current & potential clients in their industry 4. Generating new customers and opportunities, and following up on sales leads and opportunities 5. Prepare weekly sales and marketing reports for submission to the Executive Director 6. Ensuring the marketing material for your product/service is developed, up-to-date and ready always, and marketing your product / service through web, adverts, exhibitions, etc. . 7. Lead on customer satisfaction surveys and report to management to inform on implications/future sales strategies. 8. Coordinate feasibility studies on proposed products. 9. Customer Relationship Management 10. Appraise the performance of the Marketing and Sales team members. 11. Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position. 12. Respond to internal and external requests for the development and provision of promotional activities. 13. Organizing, Planning, Prioritizing Work and manage the opportunity and sales leads
Qualifications Communication skills – Presentation skills – Ability to travel abroad – Hard Worker – Negotiation Skills
