Description HVAC controls, DDC controller programming, third party device integration. —Read and understand architectural, electrical, mechanical & control drawings. —To fault find in control systems and be able to rectify faults found. —Full project life-cycle experience working with BMS. —Programming knowledge of BMS/ DDC controllers —Strong knowledge of MCC & DDC panels. —Liaise with Facility Management team (external and internal) on daily basis. —Review the help desk report on daily basis and liaise with facility team for resolving the issues within the stipulated SLA. —Arranging permission for the facility team to carry out the maintenance works. —Working on help desk system and pulling all types of reports to judge the performance. —Re-Work on the Annual Maintenance contract and include all clauses keeping companys interests in view. —Continuously look for and suggest ways to reduce the maintenance costs. —Follow and adhere to best practice and interest. —Promote and maintain standard process across projects, team and business. —Maintain maintenance trackers, approvals from the landlord etc., Manage risk associate with the criticality of the maintenance jobs within stipulated and agreed time cost and budget. —Make sure that quality standard is followed for all maintenance jobs. —Keep record of all project related docs, drawings etc., update data management system periodically.
Qualifications 5 yrs.’ experience working for facility management companies. •Good communication skills in English specially in writing e-mails to mall, vendors, suppliers, design firms etc., •Pays attention to maintaining good relationship with internal and external stakeholders. •Maintain time, cost and quality standards. •Willing and able to take the initiative and to resolve issues. •Good knowledge of standard facility management practices •Relevant experience and knowledge of standard construction and project management practices •Team Player •Leadership Skills
