Description Objectives: —Development of MBM Specification Activity —Development of New International Markets —Development of New Business Activity Duties: —Manage & support Technical Engineers to develop MBM specification activity in both international and local markets. —Manage & supervise International Marketing team to develop new international markets. —Manage & direct Techno-Commercial Engineers abroad to develop new business activity. —Locate or propose potential business deals related to construction industry by exploring potential products adding value to our range of products; discovering and exploring opportunities. —Screen potential business deals by analyzing market needs, deal requirements, potential, and financial; evaluating options related to sourcing; resolving internal priorities with top management. —Develop strategies and positions by studying integration of new products with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials if manufactured; estimating cost, needs and goals to ensure the success of new product line either manufactured in future or non-manufactured. —Close new business line deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. —Protect organizations interest & value by keeping information confidential and arrange disclaimer agreements with potential suppliers. —Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. —For already existing non-manufactured items: service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets. —Keep management informed by submitting activity and report results, such as, weekly work plans, monthly goals and quarterly
Qualifications Civil Engineering or Architect background with min 10 yrs experience in development of construction materials or Real Estate industry
