Description —Control and supervise company`s receivables in line with ERC credit policy . —Evaluate , process and approve all credit facilities extended to consumers . —Review regularly all credit accounts to sort out accounts exceeding credit customers and for CR`s . —Set up credit limits and credit periods for the credit customers and for the CR`s . —Enforce and uphold the cooperative `s credit policy . —Review regularly the CR`s outstanding balances and take actions in case of excess . —Supervise the credit audit function in the market . —Calculate and create provision for doubtable debts . —Ensure the complete receivables accounting . —Revisit the ERC credit policy and recommend amendments id required . —Handle the company`s investments in shares and securities . — Manage the performance of the teams , guide , coach and develop them .
Qualifications •Good communication and negotiations skills . Attention to detail , follow up and monitoring skills . •Analytical thinking , good reporting .
