Description Work with senior management to develop and manage existing CSR cause programs. - Assist in the publication of the Corporate Responsibility Report annually - Conduct research and gather information on best social and environmental practices to adopt. - Assist in the Corporate Responsibility internal and external communication plans and processes including events, intranet stories, webpage content and social media postings - Support the management in developing new social impact programs - Support in the Development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategies to enhance company volunteer participation programs. - Assist in planning for company community service projects, including annual volunteer campaigns and holiday events - Work cross-functionally to integrate community engagement in the company and across Raya Lines of Business - Develop a system that manages, tracks and reports volunteering activities - Assist in building community and non profit partnerships that meet Rayas strategic community goals - Collaborate with the corporate communication team on content and deliverables, including PowerPoint, emails, intranet articles, intranet letters, and new external communications including social media platforms
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred, relevant experience in development work is a plus - 1-3 years’ experience working in a community relations or corporate responsibility roles - Experience in managing the development and publishing of web content and publications like Corporate Social Responsibility Reports - Experience working with NGOs and agencies - Proficient with Microsoft Office products especially, Outlook, Word, Flash, PowerPoint and Excel - Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and presentation skills
