Description Prepare the Inventory Control business plan and implement projects accordingly. Oversee the inventory transactions: Sales, receiving, transfers between stores, change of season, change of prices to ensure compliance to set policies and procedures. Ensure efficient communication level with store managers on various issues. Validate, after thorough calculation, the cost of goods sold (COGS); put in place the physical takesschedule, audit items count in stores prior to signing off on results. Follow up closely with the Merchandising department to ensure a proper implementation of the policies and procedures to control losses and decrease the percentage of shrinkage. Monitor to guarantee adequate business processes testing prior to opening dates.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. 5-7 years of experience in Inventory or related field. Retail is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and inventory software, accounting software is a plus.
