Description —Ensures effective implementation of communicated audit procedures which are included but not limited to : - Scheduling, audit reporting cycles, audit reviews & steps for resolution of discrepancies found during audit —Provide all appropriate quality assurance, quality control & root cause documents to meet or exceed customer requirements. — Responsible for implementation of accurate pre-defined customer requirements as well as corrective action system. —Work very closely with project managers and services organizations to ensure quality measures are met in all projects and services throughout all phases of the customer lifecycle. —Conduct periodic quality assurance & quality control audits on the ongoing projects and services in coordination with Projects Managers, Pre-Sales Departments & Services Departments. —Establish and maintain a QA & QC Plans for all ongoing projects and services. —Establish Quality Metrics to define where quality improvement is needed. —Check completion of processes satisfying contract agreement requirements. —Participate in continuous improvement recommendations compatible with the international organization of standards (ISO) —Create positive and close relationship with internal & external stakeholders. —Ensure Project documentation, acceptance criteria & deliverables are performed regularly and safe guarded. —Communicate Quality Assurance & Quality Control Audit Review Results to his/her concerned management. —Execute Quality Assurance Review Meetings. —Receive appropriate management and audit training. —Participate in conducting periodic QA orientation to various management levels to reflect up-to-date QA policies & procedures. —Track the implementation of audit findings & its corrective actions if exists. —Escalate unresolved audit issues to upper management. —Perform other agreed upon duties as stated by his/her upper management.
Qualifications •Preferred to have a B.Sc. Engineering or Information Systems or Equivalent. •3-5 years. •Experience with the collection and documentation of ICT system processes & requirements •Experience with Quality Assurance Methodologies •Well trained in Auditing & Audit Certificates will be preferred. •Self-motivated
