Description * achieve the assigned sales target * ensuring optimum client satisfaction of the delivered service. * Conducts regular clients visits and calls, and identifies and closes new sales deals, ensuring the achievement of the set sales target. * Understands comprehensively the clients IT environment, identifies the need wherever possible and presents the company service product range accordingly. Coordinates with the pre-sales team in highly complex offers. * Follows-up on clients arising complaints or additional needs, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment and optimum client satisfaction. * Prepares regular services financial and technical proposals independently, while resorts to the Technical Teams assistance in the customized proposals. Obtains approval on either type of proposal from the Sales Manager, and from the Country Manager when deviating from the regular price-list. * Delivers purchase orders to the Account Payable and ensures timely and accurate processing. * Assists in the collection of fees from his/her customers in case of late payments. * Keeps the client regularly updated with the newly posted schedules, new courses, and new products, while also keeping self updated on the clients IT environment changes and upgrades, to ensure grasping any potential opportunity before competition. * Established and maintains a credible and professional relationship with all his/ her client. * Prepares and submits a weekly sales report including all related sales activities and updates.
Qualifications * Graduate from any discipline with solid IT background * 3 years experience in relevant IT industry is a must * Experience in Account Management is preferred
