Description The Process Engineers main responsibility will Mirror processes that are consistent with the process in the lead-plant for products. Evaluate internal defect and downtime information to form appropriate plans of improvement. Work closely with the Quality Engineer and Production Coordinator to review and approve operating, set up, and inspection instructions and verification documents. Support product/process change activities through Change Management system. Provide training to production team for safe, efficient operation Process Engineer Requirements
Qualifications The successful Process Engineer must have the following: Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 5+ years of related experience in a high volume, industry environment. very good computer knowledge MS Office (Word, Excel) Strong oral and written communication skills (may lead internal and external meeting, compose inter-company and external communication, presentations, forms, and emails)
