Description Responsible for the display in all hyper markets and showrooms. To play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing BTL strategies within brands guidelines as well as customers & shoppers expectations. Drive Companys vision ‘Best in Class– at the Point of Sale (POS) - Maximize off take on BDF brands through developing best in class Point of Sale Material (POSM) with Trade Marketing team, Brand Managers & Sales Team. - Set POSM allocations by market through brand guidelines & Country Development Managers feedback. - Accurately forecast banded gifts and any other special packs for all areas of the sector. - Develop & deliver necessary trainings for beauty advisors on product knowledge & shoppers profile. - Plan in conjunction with Head of Trade Marketing , Brand Managers & Sales Team the salesman merchandising tools (POS guidelines, product knowledge & planograms). - Develop must stock list (MSL) for Brands on channel level in coordination with Marketing and Sales teams. - Develop yearly promotional plan on brand level & country level in line with brand guidelines, Sales feedback as well as shoppers insights. - Align Trade Marketing and Brand Managers & take into account respective feedback & suggestions. - Present to Sales Director & Marketing Director proposed yearly promotional plan for approval. - Align finance on promotional cost by promotion & all related charges.
Qualifications Business Administration or Mass communication with a specialization in Sales or Marketing. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in fast moving consumer goods within a sales / trade marketing role preferable to have experience in the field of home appliances , energetic
