1-Employees transportation management •Direct manager for buses drivers •Determine the itinerary for each bus & the relevant schedules •Assign a fixed chair for each passenger. •Ensure the implementation for the periodic maintenance for each bus. •Follow up the compliance of buses with the predetermined itineraries & schedules 2-Cleaning services management •Direct supervision on cleaning tasks. •Ensure that the preset cleaning plan is fully implemented •Order for purchasing all required cleaning tools & equipment •Follow up insects fighting plan through using insecticides on time. •Follow up the cleaning & maintenance of bug zappers. •Follow up the pest control plan. •Follow up garden cleaning on daily basis & its trimming monthly. 3-Waste removal supervision •Search for "Waste removal services" suppliers & contracting them. •Sort & orderliness the waste storage areas. •Billing services suppliers. •Transportation the non-sold & hazardous wastes to the governmental cemetery. 4-Food & beverages management •Contracting with meals suppliers. •Follow up the quality & efficiency of meals & its suppliers. •Follow up delivery of meals to workers on time. •Order for purchasing the all needs of the buffet (food, beverages, equipment,….etc,). •Supervise the buffet cleanness. 5-Other tasks: •Infrastructure maintenance (WCs, lightening, building,….etc,) •Contracting for any new required constructions & follow it up.
Qualifications 1-Adequate high education certificate (Bsc of commerce or license of law). 2-Experience not less than three years as a services supervisor in the Industrial field 3-Ability to make quick decisions. 4-Leadership & motivation skills. 5-Time management skills 6-Ability to work under pressure.
