Required expertise in the field of external marketing for conducting Marketing Survey and Market research & Analysis - Checks product information such as availability, quotes and prices and promotes new materials. - Performs customer sales proposals, checks production and ensures prompt delivery, - Manages client accounts to make sure deliveries comply with predetermined payment terms, loading conditions…etc - Manages communication process with different clients, to ensure client satisfaction with appropriate communication Channels - Handle client complaints by finding root of the problem, provide a solution and answering the client right away - After sales follow up to guarantee customer satisfaction - Attend related international and local exhibitions - Prepare all related reports (Sales, profitability, collection, etc….)
Qualifications -Fluent English - -Excellent written and communication skills -Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office • 3:5 years experience in F&B Marketing
