•Performs technical, organizational and advisory tasks to manage a construction site. •Site Handling for premium finishing •Receives and checks plans and drawings to perform the required work on-site. •Coordinates daily site occurrences with the headquarters. •Responsible for coordinating between the site requirements and the subcontractors. •Responsible for coordinating and applying the company policies and safety rules to the subcontractors and operators. •Oversees the overall progress on-site prior to approval of the work done by subcontractors and operators. •Monitors and follow-up with the subcontractors to ensure project delivery on-time with the appropriate quality and cost. •Ensures that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications •Prepares and submits reports as required •Must be ready to resolve any unexpected issue that may arise on-site
Qualifications •University degree in architecture engineering or fine arts (architecture section). •Min 8-15 years’ experience. •Computer skills is a must. •Good communication skills are necessary
