1. Track and follow up on attendance, absences, annual and sick leaves of all employees. 2. Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and implement the normal administrative penalties (absence without permission / delay / non-departure) 3. Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts. 4. Responsible for payroll preparation. 5. Make sure company policies are well implemented. 6. Responsible for dealing with and finishing all documents for the governmental offices related to personnel (Labor Office and Social Insurance Office). 7. Arrange social insurance form 1, 2&6. 8. Having solid Knowledge of labor and social Insurance laws
Qualifications • University degree. • From 3 to 5 years’ experience in same field. • Excellent knowledge of Labor & Insurance laws.
