1- Perform initial screening of submitted requests for offers, policies, technical endorsements, and assess the related simple/complex risk to generate quotations in line with the AOTIC standards for risk definition. 2- Make recommendations to manager on acceptance of the risk if within company underwriting limit or refer the case to be handled for re-insurance as required. 3- Process, issue, renew, and cancel simple policies and endorsements for head office, branches and offices. 4- Support sales agents technically to provide better information and service to clients. 5- Log the required data in the appropriate information system.
Qualifications 1. English fluency is a MUST 2. Excellent knowledge of computers and MS. 3. Strong customer service orientation and skills. 4. Must be able to work flexible and extended hours.
