•Creating a database concerning all Banks details, meetings, and clients•Create filing & correspondence systems•Handling Banks relations & studying their need•Follow up and meet the auditor’s requirement and answer their inquiries•Follow up transfer the payments to the clients inside and outside Egypt•Following up the Process of Issuing Letters of credit, Documentary Collections & Monitoring the Bank Charges•Making all LCs& DCs Journals as of treasury area•Following up the Process of Issuing Letter of guarantee, Extensions, Decreases•Monitoring the bank commissions of LGS•Recording the Intercompany transactions, including Cash Transfers, Cash Deposits Between Sister Companies. •Following up Banks credit limits•Evaluate the foreign currency (FOREX)•Calculating & recording the ‘‘credit interest’’ at the end of the year ( Accrued interest•Recheck the interest rate for loans & Time deposits•Following up the process of exchanging foreign currencies to finance the companys activities•Recording Checks Post Dated & Follow up the process of collection•Prepare daily report for Banks Accounts& Credit Limits•Prepare Monthly reports for bank shipping commitments•Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation•Allocating Resources for Applications (Cash Management)•Prepare Daily Documented cycle For Disbursements & Collections (Cash & Checks)•Prepare Monthly Intercompany Reconciliation•Prepare Analysis Reports for ODB & Accrued Liabilities.
Qualifications •Excellent communication skills -Advanced Excel •Construction/Industrial Field background •SCALA/Microsoft Dynamics background
