1. Participates in developing department goals and objectives. 2. Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance. 3. Works with hiring managers and HR manager to assist with the creation of job descriptions, KPIs and manuals. 4. Assisting with the creation of training manuals, HR manuals, organizational charts and employee handbook. 5. Prepare offer and benefit packages and other employee related information. 6. Coordinate employee benefit eligibility, enrollments, terminations and payments. 7. Assists in the recruiting process. 8. Assists in identifying training needs. 9. Coordinate a semi-annual and annual performance appraisal processes. 10. Assist in the preparation of special events such as end of year celebrations and other office or company gatherings. 11. Assist with payroll process as needed to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
Qualifications • 4-5 years of experience in the HR field. • BA/BS degree or equivalent. • Must have complete awareness in Labor and Social insurance laws and regulations. • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills • Excellent command of spoken and written English. • Excellent computer literacy. • HR Diploma/Workshop is preferred.
