     Real Estate management of High-Market customers to develop quality sales opportunities (through inbound and outbound contact) and grow revenue. •Maintains a breadth of interaction across all dedicated accounts •Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends •Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk •Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities •Managing a companys financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems •Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. •Confirms financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses; coordinating the collection, consolidation, and evaluation of financial data; preparing special reports. •Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts; defining accounting policies and procedures. •Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy; applying observations and recommendations to operational issues. •Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls. •Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation •Responsible for maintaining the data integrity of the dedicated Accounts and Contacts; accuracy and clarity of data entered in the CRM tool and Oracle system. •Builds relationships and rapport with High-Market customers and develops an understanding of the customer’s business to establish credibility. Maintaining financial integrity and facilitating a prudent reporting control environment. Managing budgeting and related duties in the manufacturing facility. In charge of monthly financial reporting and annual audit. Preparation of periodic financial centers and public budget and final accounts of the institutions assets in accordance with the accounting rules and the provisions adopted in the institution deadlines system.
Qualifications    Bachelor of Commerce or, higher degree. a minimum of 5-9 years customer direct sales experience in a relevant industry (Real Estate). Achievement orientation and excellent communication skills. Accounting division. High capabilities in management. High capacity in the use of computers and accounting software and Oracle JDE. High administrative and organizational skills.
