Maintain the managers calendar, staff meetings, events and Provide backup data as needed. Typing letters, memos, filling, and data entry Receiving & sending faxes, emails, following up daily work, daily duties and followups, provide assistance to other staff. Maintaining diaries, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and word processing & filing. Keep mail/phone directories updated. Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and clients, keeping company information private & confidential, responsibility in achieving company`s objectives, maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
Qualifications BSc. Degree 02 Years’ Experience in same field Work. • Telephone Skills, Meeting Planning, Dead line Oriented, Multitasking, Scheduling, Data Entry Skills, Professionalism, Attention to Detail, Organization skills.
