A.Commercial Coordination: Prepare review and edit sales contracts and Sales reservation forms ensuring terms are properly administered for CEO signature (If required). Develop the sales process for the Sahl Hasheesh development project and provide regular sales statistics reports. Handle the administration of the Ambassador program (50 Ambassadors in total) by preparing their contracts and accumulating their sales leads and ensuring all sales leads are properly catered for and provide follow up with sales personnel (internal and external personnel). Coordinate the bookings, deliveries and paperwork with all suppliers of the Commercial team for the events, exhibitions (local and international), advertising (Billboards, magazines, newspapers, digital) and Public Relations agencies. Handle the commercial calendar and ensure all bookings, reservations and internal PR’s are completed well ahead of time and deliveries and payments are done on time and coordinated with the Finance team as well as any other team involved from ERC’s side (i.e. community or construction or planning). Handle broker contracts and payments. Handle the internal Sales Lead program and ensure its effectiveness. Support Commercial Director in preparing miscellaneous reports and presentations as requested by CEO. Organize all department meetings, take meeting minutes, share with all parties involved and follow up on deliverables. Coordinate with the necessary departments to ensure all contract requirements are fulfilled Handle all commercial department administration tasks. B.Customer Relationships & Preferences
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Business Management / Administration – Marketing specialization or sales focus is preferable Minimum Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the real estate sector. Job-Specific Skills: Customer Oriented Excellent communication and negotiation skills A smart appearance Organizational skills, planning and time management Ability to work under pressure within a target-orientated environment with minimal supervision
