answer all customer inquiries regarding company projects. - Coordinate between all departments to resolve all customer issues. - Make full presentation to all project details benefits , payment systems , new products and new offers - Understanding for customer business needs and business process to handle and resolve customer complaints. - Organize all customer data scheduling confirmation & follow-up calls. - Follow up with customers to arrange site visits . - Respond promptly to customer inquiries handle and resolve customer complaints obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries - Provide pricing and delivery information perform customer verification - Receive all hotline calls - Record details of actions taken prepare and distribute customer activity reports maintain customer databases - Promote and explain the company’s products, different offers and discounts - Provide needed information about the company and its projects for the clients.
Qualifications - Experience 1-2 years - Experience in Real Estate Field is preferred - Excellent Communication skills . - Ability to work under pressure . - Presentable - Excellent Negotiation skills
