Job Level Managerial
Responsible for monitoring the GS Department. Monitor contract renewals; Fleet related issues, Radio’s related issues, and other company commitments related to the General Services Department. • Monitor Mobile line expenses • Monitor the quality of orders and requested supplies. • Insures process fluency and actively participate in improvements. • Follow up on the purchase of office supplies/ stationery and distributing to the requesters /cleaning materials • Insures the purchases of the requested uniform & equipment, and other items related to the company’s needs. • Insure the printing & distributing the logbooks to the Operations Department. • In charge of ordering mobile lines, updating the list of contacts, and upgrading the bundles upon request. • Do the necessary researches upon request. • Participate in development & process improvement. • Create a database including: suppliers, vendors, and necessary contacts. • Translate and distribute of weekly FSO reports in a given time to all stakeholders. • Update Fleet Management logbook accordingly to receive guidelines. • Forwarding tasks to FSO and supervise the progress. • Create a database including: workshops, parts suppliers, garages, and car rentals • Weekly check the availability of the replacement cars. • Immediate report to all shareholders regarding any fleet crucial issues. • Monitor GSO’s work and collect a daily reports • Monitor quality of work of external suppliers/vendors. • Coordinate uniform exchange according to received schedule. • Responsible for the petty cash. • Backup computers and collect weekly data stored on hard drive • Filling reports accordingly to receive forms in demanded time. • Share required database sheets with all stakeholders according to schedule. • Being FPOC for remote locations
Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline. • 5-8 years of experience. • Excellent Team Management Skills. • Ability to supervise & coach team members. • Results Driven • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and Internet researching. • Excellent Interpersonal, Communications and Negotiation skills. • Excellent Time Management and Organizational Skills. • Excellent command of English Language (spoken and written) is a must. • Ability to perform and accomplish multiple tasks. • Details Oriented & Active. • Ability to Work under Pressure.
