The Operations Director will lead employee engagement and development through his/ her HR function. S/He is responsible to develop and implement the dates plant three year strategy in line with the Orient board direction and sign-off. The operations director has the ultimate accountability to deliver the dates plant objectives. Key objectives are customer service levels, quality rates, stocks, and operational costs. The jobholder will lead the end to end Supply Chain, starting with raw and packaging material procurement, planning, in bound logistics, storage, manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and out bound logistics , and service to customers. S/He will also lead innovation process and new product development.
Qualifications BS.c of Engineering with experience in Foods industry.
