1-Listening to the customer requirements 2-Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and e-mails. 3-Arrange meetings with potential customers to open new business leads. 4-Responding to incoming e-mail and phone inquiries. 5-Gathering market and customer information. 6-Representing the organization in trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. 7-Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specification with buyers and managers and closing sales. 8-Checking the quantities in stock. 9-Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office. 10-Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues. 11-Ensure that monthly sales targets are met or exceeded. 12-Analyze customer needs and suggest the best solution, guiding customer’s decision making in professional manner. 13-Developing and maintaining new database contacts and details of potential customers.
