- Drive service sales in the field of Training and consultation services from clients in Egypt and the Gulf area through cold-calling and E-Mail communication. - Hunt and gather new clients based on current database of leads and new leads generated by the leads generation team. - Attend Egyptian and Gulf events to attract new customers - Manage all sales activities in his/her specified region that includes his own quota and also any other activities to keep customer satisfaction at its highest rate. - Identify, contact leads, Initiate and develop a strong relationship with clients. - Add customer information into our CRM system and update information regularly with activities related to his/her own clients. - Achieve agreed upon sales target on a quarterly basis. - Present regular reports and other related performance feedback to managers. - Follow up on sales pipelines as agreed inside the company.
Qualifications - Good Knowledge of English. - 3+ years’ experience selling service-based solutions preferably. - Previous experience in Training field is a plus. - Outstanding verbal communication & interpersonal skills. - Strong listening skills - Good Internet searcher - Able to accept rejections and objections over the phone. - Excellent in using Internet, Windows applications, and office applications. - Well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.
