1- Preparation of various forms and documents include approval , potential supplier evaluation criteria, 2- Maintenance of hard copy files & database for all master service agreements, confidentiality, potential supplier prequalification information, 3- Maintain correspondence, requests for proposals and tenders in accordance with corporate records management guidelines.4- Work with the C&P Manager on all contract 5- Review and understand Government and other Contracts. Comply with all requirements in those contracts. Maintain a system to identify and track contract requirements. 6- Coordinate final contract execution including mailing, tracking receipt, filing of contracts and updating the Contracts Master Index 7- Review the best offers to the C&P Manager 8- Writing and sending contracts to supplier or tenants
Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in a contracts and procurement position or 5 years administrative/support role with strong references, Strong sense of initiation, responsibility, excellent attention to detail, Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel and Word business software are essential.
