• Carry- out Policies and procedures relating to all phases of Human Resources activities for the organization. • Handle all payroll transactions. • Providing incentives and benefits/compensation (commissions, awards, overtime, allowances, bonus, etc.). • Maintain different plans for Personal Loans according to bank regulations and the organization policies. • Handle employee exit process (internal release, Life Insurance & bank account). • Preparing job descriptions and salary scale. • Handling all Recruitment and Hiring process. • Plan staff sources, recruiting, and making Stores budget & follow Departments needs. • Orientation for new employees and recognize them the handbook and all process and procedures of the company. • Developing and implementing an efficient performance appraisal system. • Assessing annual training needs in order to develop the annual Training Plan. • Design training program and training evaluation.
Qualifications -From 5 to 7 years of experience. -HR Diploma is must MBA is preferred.
