• Conducting job analysis and developing job profiles for all the jobs in the Company. • Preparing projections of manpower requirements. • Determining best sourcing channels for attracting and recruiting candidates (white collars & blue collars). • Attending job fairs in different governorates as a way of sourcing. • Sourcing active and passive candidates from a variety of resources such as on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals and other sources. • Screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications. • Identifying training and development needs within the organization. • Setting and implementing the training plan of the organization annually. • Evaluate instructors performance, effectiveness of training programs, and calculating ROI of training. • Onboarding and orientation of new hires. • Responsible for Performance Management System of employees. • Developing KPIs for all positions in the company. • Implementing performance appraisal system in accordance with company policy.
Qualifications • BA degree in Business Administration or similar. • HR Diploma is preferable
