• Receive process and deliver shipments to the clients, ensuring smooth and friendly Customer Service Experience is offered. • Answer Walk-in Customer inquires related to product and service. • Organizes workflow to meet customer time frames. • Co-operates with internal departments to resolve routine issues. • Work closely with the operational staff to ensure customers’ needs and expectations are met. • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; selecting best solution; following up to ensure resolution. • Identify and document potential service issues and incidents of customer dissatisfaction and refers it to line manager. • Perform a range of data input functions on relevant systems in accordance with work Procedures, in coordination with the Sr. Retail Agents • Contributes to team effort by assisting in accomplishing team target. • Promote company services and ensure own target is achieved.
Qualifications - University Degree - At least one year of experience in CS, Retail and/or Operations. - Excellent Keyboard skills, as well as good command of MS office (MS Word-MS Excel)
