Ensure that all documents in employee file are complying with documents needed as set by The Labor Law and The Social Insurance. Keep employee records up to date. Assist in Blue Collar Recruitment in order to cover factory needs. Dealing with The Labor Office. Dealing with The Social Insurance Office for insurance forms, entry and exit of staff. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications University degree in any related discipline. 0-2 years of experience in personnel field Excellent skills for MS. Office (specially EXCEL). V. good communication skills. Problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and deadlines & good communication with work colleagues.
