Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Assist in other HR functions (20 - 40) % of work duties.
Qualifications - Proven recruiting experience, 2-5 years - Excellent English Skills (Speaking, Reading, Writing) - Experience in recruiting Fluent English speakers - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews - Hands on experience with various selection processes (,phone interviewing, reference check etc) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - HR Diploma is a must Or Deep HR self-study
