Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as computer databases, networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms. Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary employment termination paperwork is completed. Provide management with information or training related to interviewing, performance appraisals, counseling techniques, or documentation of performance issues. Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports. Have the power to measure the employees loyalty and always have ability to work on it to improve. Fully understanding for the HR KPIs and able to present monthly. Set Job level and salary grade for the company organization based on the job description for each one and business needs.
Qualifications Outstanding Presentation Skills. Accountability and Responsibility. Work under pressure. Strict follow up, planning and organizing skills.
