Description 1. Developing and implementing production schedules and plans while overseeing the day-to-day production process. 2. Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. 3. Analyzing resources needed for production. 4. Analyzing production costs ensuring production is cost effective. 5. Working closely with Quality Engineers to ensure product consistency and the implementation of improvements where needed. 6. Coordinating with technical, production, and procurement departments. 7. Following up on equipment maintenance and functionality. 8. Monitoring scrap rates to determine trends and areas of improvement. 9. Ensuring safety guidelines are followed. Coordinating the hiring process, training and coaching of workers
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Production or Industrial Engineering. Certification in TPS. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to details. Production oriented thinking. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to take initiative. Ability to make decisions. Strong proficiency working with Microsoft Office.
