Recruitment Consultant - Egypt

The recruitment business partner will fulfill an integral role in the organization’s growth and pursuit of its goals by providing the business with best-in-class support, coaching and the outstanding programme management. By establishing and managing strong relationships with key hiring managers and stakeholders, you will own, promote and contribute to clear and effective processes, hiring strategies, interview design and planning, candidate experience and selection and offer negotiation.
You’ll also play a role in various projects that impact the recruiting team’s efficiency and strategies, strengthening our ability to hire quality, diverse talent.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of and manage the hiring plans for your business groups/region within Egypt.
Provide exceptional organization and project management skills, enabling the business to have full confidence in your execution of their hiring plans.
Build and manage partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans.
Partner with third party suppliers and contribute to a broad recruitment strategy across social media, direct sourcing and employee referrals
Be a valued and collaborative member of the team, contributing ideas, feedback and improvements
Design interview and evaluation processes for various roles in a systematic and collaborative manner, demonstrating thought leadership and innovation
Act as the subject matter expert on recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas, and share your knowledge with the team
Deliver the best candidate experience by developing a sell strategy and techniques that attract passive, diverse top talent.
Collaborate with the regional recruitment lead and other recruiters to support regional recruitment strategies internally and externally
Minimum Requirements
3+ years recruitment experience in either in-house and/or agency in either technical or sales.
Established partner who has experience of managing multiple stakeholders and candidates in a demanding environment
Experience of screening and assessing candidates via behavioral/competency based interviewing
Exceptional level of written English and local language - compelling, influential, creative and articulate
Methodical, efficient, structured and organised
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting
Proven experience of establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships at all levels
Outstanding project and program management skills
Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter
Productive and efficient in planning and executing work with multiple projects/priorities
Ability to work independently with limited direction – entrepreneurial mind set
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment
