In order to support the continuous growth and success Siemens is looking for an exceptional and talented HR Business Partner to join the team to deliver expertise in the areas of HR. You will partner with senior management in the Mega Projects in Egypt to provide operational excellence in all HR functional areas
What are my responsibilities?
  • Refine, structure, plan, manage and monitor the implementation of the HR strategy, with focus on ramp-up, training and retention
  • Proactively advice and support the management for all HR matters
  • Throughout the projects, identifies and assess all risk factors using all available sources and analysis and ensure risk contriving and identifies suitable strategy to minimize/avoid risk
  • Provide HR know how with support of local functional centers
  • Actively support of talent identification and development across businesses in the projects
  • Drive HR-specific topics regarding Organizational Development and Change in alignment / cooperation
  • Consult, drive and monitor the development of employees with potential for key positions
  • Ensure quality and adherence to global standards for core HR processes in close collaboration with Country HR Head
What do I need to qualify for this job?
  • A strategic perspective in all HR matters
  • Business and/or strategy and/or HR experience, ideally gained in different jobs, divisions and country’s
  • Knowhow and experience with the local labor market would be highly advantages
  • Knowledge of PMP-processes and underlying planning of competence development
  • Working knowledge and experience in all core HR instruments, processes and tools
  • All required HR IT systems (e.g. 4Success)                                                       
  • Organizational development experience
  • Knowledge of global Siemens (HR) organization
  • Employee relations, change management and team development experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Influencing skills and interfacing with senior members of the business
