Responsibilities: 
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
-Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products.
-Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
-Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics. Receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness. Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals. Set specific objectives and report on performance.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
- Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Optimize content considering SEO and Google Analytics. Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
