Description - Ensuring financial compliance with EFSA, EGX and MCDR rules on a daily basis. - Managing liquidity, funding and working capital on a daily basis. - Handling annual budget, planning, forecasting and monthly operational review report. - Closely monitoring the companys cash flow and funding. - Reviewing monthly financial reports to EFSA. - Handling quarterly and year end audit and liaise with external auditors. - Handling tax compliance matters and other tax issues. Negotiating with banks, for overdraft facilities and fees. Coordinating with the different departments with respect to the implementation of any new rules
Qualifications - University graduate in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines. - At least 5 years experience in similar position. - Knowledge of Financial Instruments and Securities Brokerage business. - Good command of the English Language. - Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
