Description -Booking meetings, conference calls and travel. -Prepare meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention. -Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans. -Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents.

Qualifications - Bachelor degree of Business Administration or similar area. - Professional appearance. - Solid communication skills both written and verbal. - Good command of Microsoft Office. - Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.
