Description Learning 1. Conduct employees orientation /induction as well as technical trainings and soft skills workshops so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization. 2. Assist in Conceptualizing and implementing an effective training needs analysis process that links Performance Management with developmental needs of people that are aligned with the business strategy. 3. Participate in preparing material for new training programs; review, evaluate, and modify existing and proposed programs; recommend appropriate changes to keep the information employees get up to date. 4. Research, plan, organize and measure effectiveness of training programs for staff to ensure ROI and satisfaction is properly measured. Development 5. Assist in the implementation of the company Performance Management Systems, SFA surveys and other evaluation tools such as 360-degree assessment. 6. Assist in developing and creating Policies and broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures. 7. Perform Job analysis and Job evaluations needed to develop jobs descriptions with departments heads to ensure each current/new job has a revised job description. 8. Sponsor the internship program by preparing schedules, maintaining continuous follow-up to interns, and prepare activity reports about each intern. Administration 9. Submit monthly reports regarding own activities to measure productivity and effectiveness. Provides support in the planning and implementation of training events, as well as large events and meetings.
Qualifications Bachelor degree. HR Post graduate studies is a plus. TOT certified is a plus Excellent Computer Skills, professional user of MS Office applications, esp. Excel.
