Description Responsible for the companys commercial activities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals Forecast sales on monthly, weekly and transfer to supply chain for Po the RM Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line. Creating an efficient and unified sales environment, including necessary processes, procedures, tools, and systems Directs sales activities and sets performance goals accordingly. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. Analyses and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. Implements strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives for products and services Researches, analyses, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity. Develops and recommends product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share. Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers, key community, and strategic partners. Develops and executes comprehensive marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to support sales and revenue objectives of organization. Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to pre-set standards and industry and economic trends. Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
Qualifications Understand the principles of marketing, advertising, sales and cost-effectiveness. Ability to manage marketing campaigns with tight deadlines. Ability to set selling standards and identifying areas of improvement. Ability to identify market segments and potential markets. Ability to manage marketing campaign budget.
