Description Inspection of assembled machine to ensure proper installation. Inspection of all operating parts to ensure proper operation within expected tolerances. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs Interact with internal and external project managers during field projects. Clearly and professionally interact with customer, on a daily basis. Able to determine tools and equipment required to perform scope of job. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, and assist in establishing preventative maintenance schedules with customer. Assemble, align, and install equipment as necessary. Provide on-site installation Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location Provide on-site training to the customers Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/service Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database Timely complete and submit all required paperwork Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions

Qualifications Bachelor Degree of Engineering, Major Communication Knowledge of IT Product (Notebook-Tablets-Mobiles-Servers---Etc)
